it's Yummy!!!
So, Divas, I followed the plan so far....
Dinner all week -- Monday through Thursday has consisted of one item.
Yes, I gave it away didn't I?
A Green Smoothie.
Spinach and
Cucumber and
Avocado, and
Lime, and
Coconut juice and
a little dash of Stevia... oh and
a few Ice Cubes of course.
I call that little Green Smoothie my
Alkaline Bliss!And tomorrow morning
I'm going to weigh myself.
However, I'm here to tell you that my life feels less complex this way...
Really. It's so easy -
I
whip up a giant green smoothie ....
drink it... then I clean out the blender.
I'm done!
and it's tasty too.
I'll update you tomorrow once I step on that scale.... so stay tuned.
